Internal regulations are generally binding, especially during holidays, but they are done above all for the well-being of all and must be respected.

The signing of the rental contract commits you to the general rental conditions and Les Prenards house rules.

 

Article 1 - Fire safety :

It is absolutely forbidden to light an open fire anywhere on the property and in the surrounding area. The only authorized outdoor areas are the barbecue provided for this purpose. The cottage is equipped with a fire detection system which triggers an alarm in the presence of smoke or anormally high temperature. This device must not be taken out of service by any means whatsoever. The tenant must inform the guests and more particularly the parents of children that the use without valid reasons of the manual call points arranged in the common areas triggers the audible alarm and therefore the immediate evacuation of the premises.

A fire extinguisher is available in the cottage. But if struck and used outside the fire procedure it will be the subject of a report. The costs of restoring service will be borne by the tenant.

Procedure in the event of a fire alarm :

- Immediately evacuate the lodging.

- Call us +33 (0)6 37 53 73 64 and / or the emergency services (18: firemen, 17: police, 15: SAMU (medical emergency), emergency services on cellphone: 112).

- Use the extinguishers at your disposal in the cottage, if you have the possibility.

- Gather outside in the car park at the meeting point indicated by a symbol. - Make sure everyone is out.

Article 2 - For smokers :

In accordance with regulations, it is strictly forbidden to smoke and vape inside the cottage. All cigarette ends should be extinguished and thrown in your trash cans.

  

Article 3 – Pets :

Dogs and cats are allowed inside the cottage. Outside, dogs must be kept on leash and droppings must be collected. It is forbidden to leave your dog inside the cottage if you are not present. However, you can temporarily tie it up outside during your absence by taking all the necessary precautions (eg: a few hours for a meal in a restaurant, leaving your animal with water, food, etc.). If the dog is categorized, you will be asked for the dog papers, your dog fitness certificate and a copy of your civil insurance. As the law stipulates, the dog must be kept on leash and wear a muzzle as soon as it leaves the lodge. In all cases, you are fully responsible for your pet, especially in the event of damage or injury of any kind.

 

Article 4 – Garbage :

No paper or waste of any kind can be left on the property. Tenants must respect green spaces, leaving them clean and not committing any damage. Garbage must be disposed of in the trash containers located at the entrance of the property. For selective sorting, you will find containers for glass, cardboard, plastic, metal, paper and newspaper packaging in Chouvigny.

Article 5 - Swimming pool :

Swimming is not supervised so children's access and swimming is under their parents' responsibility. The safety shutter must be closed when leaving the pool. Otherwise is forbidden to : smoke or vape, drink or eat in the swimming pool. Willingly to spit in the pool water, or urinate or defecate. It is forbidden to throw stones, pieces of wood, or any blunt / sharp object liable to injure someone and or damage the liner.

Article 6 - Supervision of children :

Throughout the stay, children are the responsibility of their parents. The park, the playground and the swimming pool can present dangers of falling or drowning, do not allow children to walk there alone without being accompanied by their parents or a responsible adult. We can in no way be held responsible for accidents or damage that may occur in the property. For the safety of children, the car access gate must systematically be closed after passing.

  

Article 7 - Living together and using the premises :

Peace and quiet are required on the property. To respecta certain art of living for all guests and guarantee the tranquility of the place and the comfort of all. Although the cottage is isolated from any dwelling, the sound volume inside and outside must be contained in order to respect the tranquility of the other tenants. Silence will be required between 00h and 8h in the morning to guarantee everyone a stay in the best conditions. Please note that in extreme cases of conflict and / or any complaint whatsoever against a person or group disturbing the peace, we reserve the right to proceed with a final exclusion (see article 17 - Disputes).

 

Article 8 - Toilets / cleaning :

According to the connection of lodges to a septic tank, apart from toilet paper, nothing else should be thrown into the toilet bowl. Wipes of any kind, diapers, tampons, sanitary napkins, cotton swabs, etc. must be thrown in the bins available with bin bags in advance and under no circumstances in the toilet bowl. In case of lifting station pumps clogging from the sewerage system, due to malicious intent, the tenant's liability will be engaged. In addition, the use of chemicals for toilets or dishes (including dishwashers) is prohibited; please use only products made available to you or natural products.

  

Article 9 - Arrival / departure :

The arrival and departure times on the rental contracts are as follows :

  • Departure on Saturday between 8 am and 10 am.

  • Arrival on Saturday between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. In the event of a late or delayed arrival, the tenant must notify the owner as soon as possible.

    It is requested to respect the departure and arrival times of the rental contract in order to facilitate the management of entries / exits. Note that the time spent tidying up and cleaning must be done before the departure time. The rental period of the cottage must respect your rental contract ; the tenant may not under any circumstances invoke any right to remain in the premises beyond the established contract.

  

Article 10 - Payment of the accommodation :

The balance of the stay will be paid on arrival (additional amount to the booking deposit). Additional services not mentioned in the rental contract will be paid at the end of the stay, if applicable. The tourist tax for the municipality of Chouvigny is 3% per people per night.

  

Article 11 – Degradation :

Any damage occurring within the property during the stay must be reported as soon as possible. In the event of loss or damage to elements of the cottage or to common goods made available to them (swimming pool, etc.) caused by the tenant, repair costs will be deducted from the safety deposit or will be invoiced to the attention of the tenant with presentation of supporting documents if necessary which he will have to pay before his departure.

 

Article 12 – Car park :

Car must be parked in the locations provided for this purpose. The car entrance gate to the property must be closed after each use.

  

Article 13 – Keys :

The keys of the cottage will be given exclusively to the person who signed the contract. On this occasion, she will take note of the safety rules, the operation of the various appliances (dishwasher, oven, etc.) and we will carry out an inventory of the cottage. The acces door to each lodging are equipped with key lock. When leaving the cottage, you are required to close it. In the event of non-compliance with this article, you are responsible for all theft, damage and other material damage which will be invoiced. For all items belonging to residents, you will be required to make your own declaration to your insurance and the lodging declines all responsibility.

  

Article 14 - Water, electricity and heating :

The supply of water, electricity and heating is included in the rental price, up to a limit of 56 kWh of consumption /week/cottage .

  

Article 15 - Free management :

Free management means that you are independent in the cottage without any imposed service. We provide you with a building equipped with rooms with double, single and bunk beds, with bathroom and toilet, an equipped kitchen, crockery, small appliances and other equipment. Cottage is rented with bedding (box springs and mattresses), duvets, pillows, all in accordance with the inventory made available. Each mattress is equipped with a mattress sheet which must in all cases be kept in place when you leave (except in the event of an accident where it must be washed). Each pillow is equipped with a cover which must in all cases be kept in place when you leave (except in the event of an accident where it must be washed). On your arrival, you must equip each bed with a fitted sheet enveloping the mattress, a duvet cover for the duvet and pillowcases for the pillows.If this instruction is not observed, cleaning each duvet, pillows and mattress will be charged. On request sheets and linens can be provided for the number of people occupying the cottage(see price list). Apart from the deckchairs that can be moved for use near the swimming pool, the other furniture must remain in your cottage.

 

Article 16 - Maintenance of the rented premises :

Everyone is required to refrain from any action which could adversely affect the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the site both inside the premises and outside and in the surrounding area. Remember that the lodge must be clean and tidy when you leave. The tenant is required to maintain the rented premises and to return them in a good state of cleanliness and rental repairs at the end of use; a cleaning fee will be requested in the event of non-compliance with this clause.

  

Article 17 – Internet :

For any use of the internet connection of the lodging, the tenant undertakes to respect the laws regarding downloads and consultation of websites. In the event of a request from the competent authorities, the owner of the lodging will send the contact details of the tenant who has benefited from said connection.

  

Article 18 – Disputes :

We reserve the absolute right to terminate, without notice or compensation, any rental for which the cause is incompatible with the destination of the premises and in particular in the event of non-compliance with the house rules. In addition, we disclaim all liability in the event of the impossibility of partial or total execution of a rental contract resulting from a fortuitous event due to a third party or force majeure ... (bad weather, natural disasters, fire, water damage, other disasters or serious prohibitions, attacks, administrative closure, etc.); in this case beyond our control, refund of unrealized stays will be considered.
